We offer a wide range of services that encourage independence, foster connection, and create pathways to meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Day Habilitation
Our Day "Hab" Support Plan sets forth realistic goals that prescribe an integrated program of individually designed activities necessary to achieve these goals. Coastal Connections has a dynamic Developmental Skills Curriculum that guides program development. An Interdisciplinary Team offers Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy on a part time basis. A full time Health Care Supervisor, RN, monitors all medical needs of each individual.
Community Based Day Supports
CBDS is designated to assist individuals to enrich their lives through a range of opportunities to develop, enhance, and increase competency in personal, social, vocational, and community activities through personcentered planning.

Employment Support Services
Offered to those individuals who seek to secure integrated employment within their community. Individuals are offered an array of services to find employment that includes support to explore, develop, and retain work skills. The goal is to obtain and maintain competitive employment. Employment supports are provided in accordance with the individuals ISP and include individual and small group work.
